Other UX/UI Projects
Resort Website Redesign
Company: Salinas Resorts
Role: UX/UI Designer
Problem: In 2013, the resort struggled with a severe problem: customers who visited the Salinas Maragogi and Salinas Maceió websites were confused and mistakenly booked accommodation at one of the hotels, thinking they were booking it at the other.
Solution: Created a website for each resort, allowing users to change the resorts anytime. Stablished different colors for the interface of each of the resorts: orange for Salinas Maragogi and blue for Salinas Maceió. Built a straightforward navigation based on customers' interests.
Outcome: The new website was one of the important tools for the growth of 49% of the profit in relation to the previous year. In 2014, the occupancy rate of the apartments was 88%, an increase of 4% compared to 2013.
Mobile Game Redesign
Company: SER Educational Group
Role: UX/UI Designer, illustrator, motion designer, art director, and game designer
Problem: Redesign the Desafie-me app (Challenge me), a game that helps students improve their knowledge for university tests in Brazil. For the new app version, the client requested that a new section be added to help students prepare for the OAB, which is a completely different target audience.
Solution: Created navigation to let users select which type of test they want to play/practice, University or OAB tests. Created a modern and colorful visual ID and interface, with flat illustrations using a character representing both audiences.
Outcome: The game helped thousands of Brazilian students prepare for the ENEM and OAB tests by having fun with their friends. The game was featured on several sites of national relevance.
