Problem: Globo TV International faced the challenge of effectively presenting and selling a diverse range of broadcaster-produced content, including TV series, telenovelas, documentaries, and more, to broadcast managers worldwide. The primary obstacles included creating a seamless user experience for navigating through a vast catalog of products and implementing a multilingual website.

Solution: To address these challenges, I led the development of a solution focused on user experience. This involved structuring the main navigation by product categories and incorporating a secondary menu for institutional, support, and contact links. A straightforward sign-in and sign-up process was implemented. Users could easily explore each product through a menu offering various contents such as press releases, marketing plans, and media content. Additionally, features like playlist creation and a virtual cart (My Downloads) streamlined content selection and download.

Outcome: The outcome was a highly functional and user-friendly B2B portal for Globo TV International. The innovative interface design, including a carousel with three-dimensional movements, effectively highlighted the station's audiovisual releases. This project not only secured a partnership with Globo TV International but also positioned the agency as a leader in the industry, leading to further collaboration on four significant projects over the years.

Globo TV Sports

Problem: Globo TV Sports, a B2B channel, faced the challenge of effectively showcasing Brazilian sports content, including the Brazilian Football Championship, volleyball, races, and documentaries, to broadcasting managers worldwide.

Solution: To address this, I spearheaded the creation of an intuitive user experience tailored for broadcasting managers. This involved designing a seamless sign-up and sign-in process and implementing intuitive navigation to facilitate exploration of Globo TV's sports products. Managers could easily access information about championships, teams, and browse through photos and videos.

Outcome: The result was an intuitive platform that empowered broadcasting managers to effortlessly discover and engage with Globo TV's sports offerings. The streamlined user experience fostered better understanding and appreciation of Brazilian sports content, ultimately strengthening Globo TV's presence in the global broadcasting market.

Globo TV Press Portal

Role: UX/UI Designer

Problem: Globo TV, a prominent television channel in Brazil and globally, needed to enhance its press B2B portal to facilitate seamless interaction between the press and the network. Press professionals required an intuitive platform to access information about Globo TV products, including press releases, photos, and videos. Additionally, there was a need to develop an interactive Virtual Magazine to offer immersive navigation through the network's shows.

Solution: As the lead UX designer, I tackled the challenge by devising a comprehensive solution. Firstly, I meticulously crafted the site map and information architecture of the portal, categorizing shows under distinct sections such as Dramaturgy, Sports, Globo News, Musicals, Journalism, Shows with Hosts, and Variety. This streamlined navigation for press professionals, ensuring easy access to relevant content. Next, I conceptualized and designed the UX and UI of both the portal and the Virtual Magazine, focusing on creating an engaging and intuitive user experience.

Outcome: The redesigned portal offered press professionals a smooth experience, enhancing communication with Globo TV. The Virtual Magazine enriches exploration, fostering a stronger connection between the network and the media.
